Where can I play Korfball?
Most Korfball in England is played indoors. The summer is used for some fun in the
sun and recruitment. What we hope is that you love playing over the summer and continue
to play during the regular season.
There are organised local leagues for korfball which will suit you perfectly. For
those of you with higher aspiration, there is a thriving national league. Korfball
in England extends all the way to International Korfball at the World Games, so
there is a level for everyone to play at.
Don't worry though we want everyone to play because its a great game, no matter
what level you end up playing at.
Where do we train?

Over the summer
This summer we are running introductory sessions for beginners who want to try something
new. These sessions are on Tooting Common on Emmanuel Road. This is the part between
Streatham High Road and the Bedford.
These sessions are entirely free and designed for you. Just come along, there is
no need to book or tell us in advance (although it would be good if you did). Just
come in basic sports kit and trainers and join in.
At the end of the summer there is a beginners tournament, designed for people who
have just started playing. this is an ideal opportunity to test out what you have
learned and get a taste for some competition!
Over the summer, many of the regular clubs host tournaments. These tournaments are
a great way to learn the game. Just turn up to a few sessions first to get the
basics and you will love playing korfball in the sunshine.
